Refund & Return Policy

At White Angel Medicines, we take great care in delivering our products in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For quality control and hygiene, the following items are non-returnable once delivered:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased under discounts, combo offers, or clearance sales

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at info@whiteangelmedicines.com or call +91 93247 79089 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach product images (if damaged).

  3. Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for return pickup or courier.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product reaches us.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (or as store credit if preferred).

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made to your provided bank account or UPI ID.

5. Replacement

If you prefer, we can send you a replacement instead of a refund for eligible products.
Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be dispatched once the returned item is received.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned time:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your payment provider; it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For details, see our Cancellation Policy.
