All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Deliveries to metro cities may arrive faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

If your order is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or courier issues:

If we are unable to deliver the parcel, it may be returned to us. Once received, we’ll reach out to re-dispatch or refund (as applicable).
We take utmost care while packing your order. However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or tampered package, please do not accept it from the courier and inform us immediately at info@whiteangelmedicines.com or +91 93247 79089 with photos of the package.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
