At White Angel Medicines, we understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes happen. That’s why we’ve designed a simple and transparent cancellation process to make your experience as smooth as possible.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please contact us via email at info@whiteangelmedicines.com or call us at +91 93247 79089 with your Order ID and cancellation reason.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund (if already paid) within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may choose to return the product after delivery under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our team.
Please avoid refusing COD parcels without prior cancellation, as repeated refusals may affect future order eligibility.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in rare cases, such as:
Unavailability of stock
Payment authorization failure
Invalid shipping address or contact details
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
