Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our herbal and healthcare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
A replacement will only be provided if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition during transit, or
- You receive the wrong product.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that:
- Starts before opening the sealed package.
- Clearly shows the shipping label.
- Shows the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
- Clearly captures the damaged or incorrect product.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be approved.
Reporting Time
Please report any damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- The complete unboxing video
After verification, an eligible replacement will be processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
